Evan Ellis

I'm a senior at UC Berkeley in Professor Anca Dragan's lab. I'm currently interested in aligning agents with empowerment, not rewards. Previously, I worked on code generation, active learning, regularizing reward learning, and quantum optics. I've been fortunate to intern at Scale AI, Imbue AI, BAIR, and Salesforce.
